OpenClaw Runner ("the App") is developed by Softguy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Android application.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Authentication Token: A locally generated token used to authenticate with the OpenClaw gateway. This token is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Automatically Collected Information

• Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Contacts or call logs
• Photos, files, or media
• Device sensor data
• Browsing history
• Financial or payment information

How We Use Information

• Authentication Token: Used solely on your device to connect to the locally running OpenClaw gateway. Never shared externally.
• Advertising: AdMob displays ads and may use device identifiers for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's Google Settings.

Data Storage

All app data (authentication tokens, configuration) is stored locally on your device using Android's DataStore. We do not operate any external servers or databases that store your data.

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. AdMob may collect and process data as described in:

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your device's Google Settings > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.

Termux

The App interacts with Termux, a separate third-party terminal emulator app. The App copies commands to your device clipboard for you to paste into Termux. Please refer to Termux's own privacy policy for information about how Termux handles data.

Permissions

The App requests the following Android permissions:

• INTERNET: Required for AdMob ads and for OpenClaw gateway communication (localhost only)
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Used for background gateway management

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as described under Third-Party Services (Google AdMob) above.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all app data by:

• Clearing the app's data through Android Settings > Apps > OpenClaw Runner > Clear Data
• Uninstalling the App

Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Authentication tokens are stored in Android's encrypted DataStore on your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
